Is there a monthly plan?
No. You buy credit once. Nothing renews, and nothing is charged again.
Does credit expire?
No. Your balance stays usable until you spend it.
When do the free runs reset?
Every day at 00:00 UTC.
What happens when the free runs are used up?
With an account that holds credit, the next run takes credit from the balance. Without credit, wait for the next day or buy a pack.
How can I pay?
By card, in US dollars. Or by Vietnamese bank transfer, in dong, with a QR code.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in some cases. Credit you have not spent is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of buying it. Credit you already spent on a result is not refunded, because the work ran on our servers. If you were charged twice, or you see a charge you did not make, we refund it. If you were charged but the credit did not arrive, we refund it or add the credit. To ask, email [email protected]. We reply within 2 working days. Read the refund policy for every case.
